What the New Normal Looks Like:
Please take the time to review our policies and procedures to help us protect our guests, staff, and the community. Thank you for making good practice of these policies to help keep us safe and open for business.
Please continue reading to see what to expect.
HoursMonday - Friday
Open to public: 6:00am-10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday
Open to public: 8:00am - 8:00pm
First and foremost, we want to make sure you understand where your membership status stands upon reopening. All memberships that were frozen before and during the closure will REMAIN frozen until you tell us otherwise.
Starting July 1st, our regular freeze fee of $7/month will be reinstated.
If you would like to remain frozen, you do not need to take any further action. If you would like to unfreeze, please do that before entering the building on your first day back. *Link Below*
We do allow walk-ins, but if you are planning to arrive during our peak hours (Weekdays 4pm-8pm) then we strongly recommend a reservation. If you make a reservation you are guaranteed a spot. If you are a walk-in you may have to wait or come back another time if our occupancy is nearing our limit.
You can check our occupancy counter before you arrive. We are limiting our capacity to 100 people, and we may not allow walk-ins if our occupancy is over 80.
For ease in booking you may want to download the RGPro Connection app on your smartphone. The app will also allow you to present your bar code on your phone for checking in.
Be sure to update your membership status or buy your punch card to help facilitate your arrival at the gym.
Reservations are for 2 hour sessions of climbing time and check-ins are in 30 minute intervals to help reduce the number of people arriving at the gym at any given time.
Must wear a mask at all times.
Health and Safety Procedures
Our number one priority is to make sure we are doing all we can to mitigate any possible health risks while at the facility. This is a gym and one that has many shared surfaces (climbing holds and all). There are steps that can be taken to reduce possible contamination and/or exposure to Covid-19. Most of these steps are required by the law, but we are also choosing to take the conservative approach on many policies until more is known about the spread of this virus.
Please know these new policies well before deciding to come our facility. It is important that we all look out for each other and do our best to keep each other healthy and climbing!
Any person who is feeling sick or experiencing symptoms related to Covid-19, or who has recently been exposed to someone who may have been infected, will not be allowed to come to the gym.
- Symptoms include but are not limited to: fever, cough, shortness of breath, recent loss of taste or smell, or any other respiratory illness symptoms.
All participants will be expected to by abide social distancing guidelines with all other climbers, guests, and staff members.
The climbing area will be marked off in approx 12' sections to provide this guidance.
UPDATE (8/11/2020): Larimer County Health Department was recently informed by the governor's office that the statewide order mandating face coverings overrides the exception for exercise that had been written into the county's variance for indoor gyms. As such, face coverings must be worn at all times by employees and customers inside any gym in the county (and state). We have updated our guidance for gyms on our website to reflect this state requirement. Previously, Larimer County's variance had allowed customers to remove masks while exercising; however, that is no longer the case. Thanks for doing your part to protect the community and to allow us to continue to remain open to the public!
Wash your hands regularly.
- All climbers must wash their hands before entering the building at our new outdoor washing station.
- Washing or sanitizing intermittently during your climbing session and immediately after is also strongly encouraged.
All visitors must check in and check out. This will allow us to aid the health department with contact tracing if that is necessary.
