I specialize in climbing strength and endurance, functional movement, women’s fitness, prenatal and postnatal women’s fitness
I started climbing in 1996 and never looked back. Climbing has brought me intense focus, strength, and confidence. It has taken me around the world and to places few will ever experience both mentally and physically. I will be forever grateful that I fell into climbing and it has shaped the majority of my life. I also love to ski, snow board, mountain bike, and raft.
In my 20+ years as a climber I have sought to experience all types of climbing. At heart I am a trad climber, but love just about any way I can get vertical. I have worked as a climbing instructor and guide for over 10 years. I decided to become a NASM personal trainer in 2012 to expand my ability to help my clients and use my talents to reach a more diverse group of people.
I became a personal trainer because I want to help others accomplish their fitness goals and make being physical part of who they are at a cellular level. I can help you push past your plateaus either for climbing or any other fitness goal. I can help you achieve more than you think possible.
My approach is simple, you will learn to use your body to reach your personal goals with programs and tools you can take with you just about anywhere.
