Yoga & Fitness
Our yoga & fitness program is specifically tailored to enhance the strength, flexibility, and mental clarity needed to excel on the wall, in training, and in life. Rooted in the principles of mindfulness, balance, and breath control, our yoga classes support climbers in developing a deeper connection with their bodies, fostering the resilience to overcome physical challenges, and the focus to push through mental barriers. Both our climbing specific training classes, and yoga classes incorporate mobility, breath work, and alignment-focused sequences that help prevent injury, improve range of motion, build strength, and enhance overall body awareness. All of which complement the dynamic demands of climbing.

Yoga Classes
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is an all levels yoga class that emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, guided by deliberate breath. This practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.
Release & Restore
This is a Restorative style class that focuses on Myofascial release. This is the practice of applying pressure to "knots" or "trigger points" in the soft tissue (like a massage!). During this class, you'll use a massage ball to practice self-massage techniques interspersed with restorative yoga postures designed to counteract muscle tension and stiffness.
Restorative with Aromatherapy & Sound Bath
This class takes you on a journey of the senses. Restorative Yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with many props to support you along the way. Though we do get into some mobility and movement, the focus will be on longer holds, deeper breathing and stillness. Prepare to engage the senses through sound bowls, aromatherapy, and (optional) hands on adjustments.
Vin/Yin
This class is the perfect blend of Vinyasa and Restorative style yoga. The Vinyasa portion of the class warms the body up and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the restorative or yin portion of the class.
Yogassage
This class blends Restorative Yoga with hands-on massage adjustments, aromatherapy, and self-massage techniques to create a deeply relaxing experience. This class features a slow, mindful flow designed to ease tension and enhance flexibility. You'll be using blocks, bolsters, and blankets to help support longer poses, held for up to 10 minutes. During these longer poses, Tessa will offer optional massage adjustments and essential oils to further promote relaxation and recovery.
Yoga Strong with Weights
Prepare for a full-body workout. Yoga Strong incorporates the use of weights during strength and balance exercises, creating a high energy yoga class. Expect to increase your heart rate with core, isometric/bodyweight exercises, and a little cardio!
