Membership Changes

Our system has changed!  You can now fully manage your customer account and memberships on your own without delay and without involving our staff when it's not necessary.

Follow this link to our Customer Portal

Click the "Sign-in / Register" link in the top right corner.

Login using your phone# or email. You'll be sent (text or email) a verification code that you'll enter to be taken directly to your account.

What Can I Do in the Portal?

  • Edit your customer details (address, phone #, etc)
  • Terminate or Freeze an Autopay Membership
  • Freeze an Prepaid Annual Membership
  • Purchase a new membership
  • Make a booking in a class
  • Cancel a booking - as long as this meets the condition for cancelling
  • Add or update a Payment method
  • Connect your account with Family and Friends so that you can make bookings on their behalf
