We are very excited to bring you the first of many construction updates!

With the fence and trailer on site, the fine folks at Brinkman Construction have been itching to kick things off. After the recent snow storm, we were lucky to have a spell of warm weather melt the snow and thaw the dirt before some high winds dried things out. This meant that conditions last week were perfect for the first stages of construction. Dunrite Excavation was first out of the gate, relocating a water line on the property and beginning the dirt work to prepare the building pad. Meanwhile, the fabrication of the metal building has begun off site.

Each second of the video corresponds to 90 minutes of real-time footage (30 frames per second, 3 minutes between frames). YouTube will let you change the playback speed if you want to see things more slowly. If you’ve got the bandwidth, you can also boost the resolution all the way up to 4K!
