Construction Week 20

Construction Week 20

This week saw some real progress on our parking lot, with some grading and the first concrete pours for the curb and gutter. Detail work continued on the outside of the building while framing and rough ins continued inside. The mezzanine stairs that were delivered last week (sitting next to the building in the video) were brought inside and cut and welded into position — which is a big upgrade over the extension ladder everyone has been using for weeks! All the blue vinyl that you see covering the windows will get the building dried in before Entre-Prises arrives to install the climbing walls. But that’ll have to wait ’til the next video!

Most of the time-lapse in this video is roughly 30 minutes of real-time per second of video, but we slowed it down for many portions. YouTube will let you change the playback speed if you want to see things more slowly or quickly. If you’ve got the bandwidth, you can also boost the resolution all the way up to 4K! Just click on the gear icon. If you’re viewing this on a computer, you can enable annotations in the YouTube menu to see who was doing what on which days.
