Construction Week 22

Construction Week 22

It was a full house this week with a huge crew arriving from Holsinger to hang sheetrock. With a crew of up to 19 they rapidly turned a pile of 300 sheets into walls, ceilings, and soffits around the building, completely transforming the space. Before they covered everything up, we finished up the rough-ins and the city came out to do their inspection. Outside in the future parking lot, French Concrete continued to pour curb and gutter. In the climbing hall, Poudre Valley Air started putting up the hangers for our ducts. And to much excitement Entre-Prises started to put the first wood panels up for the climbing walls, starting with the construction of the bouldering ramp in the SE corner of the building. In the next video you can expect to see a lot more climbing walls being installed.

Most of the time-lapse in this video is roughly 30 minutes of real-time per second of video, but we slowed it down for many portions and sped it up for others. YouTube will let you change the playback speed if you want to see things more slowly or quickly. If you’ve got the bandwidth, you can also boost the resolution all the way up to 4K!
